Stretch your arms like a bird in the skies. Now sit back down and close your eyes. Mindful Movement combines simple stretching and dexterity exercises with quiet moments to help find balance in our hectic lives. This class is geared for families with young children. Please bring a yoga mat or blanket for the exercises.
