Come to the library for yoga in a relaxed environment without the pressure of attending a gym or studio. Session is for adults and appropriate for all levels, and will focus on technique as well as yoga flowing practice. Participants must be able to get up and down off the floor without assistance or difficulty. Please bring your own yoga mat or towel and strap.
